• The Terms and Conditions set out on this page apply to all goods supplied by Care by Mail
• After placing your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order and providing you with a summary of your order. Please note that this does not mean that we have accepted your order.
• We will send you an email once the order has been dispatched (Confirmation of Dispatch), which will mean your order has been accepted.
• Please note we may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
• We may be unable to accept your order if:

1. The product you ordered is out of stock or
2. There is a problem with the authorisation of your payment.
   • If your payment has been received however your order not been accepted, we will issue you a full refund on the order

4. Pricing and Payment:

• The prices of the products are mentioned in the respective product listings. All items prices exclude the delivery charge, which will be added to the total amount due.
• All prices are exclusive of VAT at the current rate and shown in British Pounds Sterling. Any currency conversion on the website is purely for comparison, the actual price paid for overseas orders will be determined by the rate of exchange on your payment card.
• VAT will be charged on all orders within the UK and the EU. VAT can be exempt on certain products upon completion of an online form. Individuals / organisations wishing to claim VAT exemption on non-exempt products will need to provide supporting documentation when the order is placed.
• Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any of the methods shown on the Care by Mail website at the time you place your order.
• Prices are liable to change at anytime, however these price changes will not affect any orders that have been confirmed by us via a Confirmation of Dispatch.
• The orders placed will not be dispatched until full payment has been received (with the exception of business accounts where we have agreed credit facilities with you).
• Our Site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed have been incorrectly priced. We aim to rectify such errors as soon as possible. If an incorrectly priced product is purchased, we will inform you of the error that has occurred and cancel the order that has been placed.

5. Delivery:

• The goods you order will be delivered to the registered address (billing address) you give when you place your order.
• We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 working days, however in the event of a delay in processing your order, we will inform you as soon as possible
• If you fail to take delivery, and the product is returned back to us, an additional delivery charge may have to be paid to schedule another delivery of the product back to you.
• We are not liable for any additional tax, duty or other charges invoked at the order destination on receipt of the goods
• Due to variant customs regulations in specific countries we do not guarantee delivery of certain products. Should these items be returned to us, we will inform the customers and resolve the issue accordingly.

6. Ownership:

• The products ordered will become your responsibility once delivered and, except in relation to products that are faulty or damaged when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability of their loss, damage or destruction after delivery.

8. Our Liability:

• We accept no liability for any loss which is not reasonably foreseeable or for any business loss (which includes loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, opportunity and other similar losses).
• These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
• Nothing in this or elsewhere in our Terms & Conditions affects your statutory legal rights
• We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.

• This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, images and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
• Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
• Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence
• You may not create a link to this website from another website or document without Care by Mail's prior written consent
